We rise by lifting others
Building mentally healthy communities in India

WHAT WE DO

WHY WE DO
We are working towards a tomorrow where every child understands emotions the way they understand math and science.
Every adolescent fearlessly takes a step to reach out for help when going through the emotional ebbs and flows and every adult and elderly openly discuss mental health.
At the heart of The Bright Side Foundation is a unique story that each one of our members personally has for why they started this journey.
For some, it was going through emotional turmoil themselves. For some, it was seeing a loved one go through a mental illness and feeling helpless about it.
But for everyone, it is the collective dream to make a difference in the field of mental health. It’s the collective dream to normalise mental health, to make mental health more accessible, to build mentally healthier communities and to shift the perspective from mental health stigma to mental health support.
Our aim is to see schools, universities and workplaces prioritise mental health and families having mental health conversations over their dinner tables. Because we believe that in mental health, we should leave no one behind.
